GZA, The Genius du Wu-Tang Clan, travaille actuellement sur un nouvel album solo. Le titre de cet album est déjà connu, ce sera Protools, du nom d’un logiciel utilisé par les ingénieurs du son.
Ce nouvel opus arrive trois ans après l’album réalisé en collaboration avec Dj Muggs, “Dj Muggs Vs Gza - Grandmasters”, album qui était déjà son cinquième projet solo. GZA est en effet le membre le plus âgé du Wu-Tang et a commencé sa carrière solo avant même la constitution du groupe.
Le site Generations rapporte que GZA est très confiant par rapport à cette sortie. Il aurait déclaré en effet : “Ça fait un moment que je travaille sur cet album, mais quand il va sortir vous allez vous rendre compte que ça valait la peine d’attendre.”
Vérification en automne prochain, du moins pour les Etats-Unis.
